How do I use a discount code or gift card?
You can enter your discount code or gift card code at checkout in the “Discount code” field before completing your purchase. Only one code can be applied per order unless stated otherwise.
Can I make changes to my order?
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes cannot be guaranteed.

How do I use the magnetic gym bag?
Simply attach the magnetic side of the bag to any clean, flat metal surface such as a squat rack, power rack, or locker. The strong built-in magnets are designed to hold the bag securely during workouts.

When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 10-15 business days after dispatch. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping to selected countries. Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
My order says delivered but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?
Please first check with neighbors, building management, or your local courier. If you still can’t locate your package, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery notification and we’ll help investigate.
