Returns & Exchanges
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at support@shopmodra.com before sending any items back. If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address for inspection.
Damages & Product Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately upon receipt with your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the issue.
Return Policy
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

Requests must be made within 5 days of delivery

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable
We strongly recommend keeping your return shipping receipt and tracking number for reference.
Once received and inspected, approved returns will be processed within 3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.
Exchange Policy
To be eligible for an exchange:

Additional fees may apply for exchanges due to incorrect sizes or options selected at checkout.
Once your exchange is approved and inspected, replacement items will be processed within 3 business days and shipped at no additional cost.
