Order Fulfillment

Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping on orders over $150.
For orders under $150, shipping costs vary by product and destination and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary by location. In rare cases, international shipments may take up to 3–4 weeks due to factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes in the destination country.

Taxes & Duties

All applicable customs duties, import taxes, fees, and other charges are the customer’s responsibility. Modra does not have control over these charges and cannot reimburse any customs or import-related fees.

Package Safety & Liability

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for the package is transferred to the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the courier directly to initiate an investigation. In select cases, Modra may offer a complimentary replacement shipment at our discretion. Refunds are not provided for lost packages.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at support@shopmodra.com

If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the address. Once an order has been processed or shipped, Modra is not responsible for retrieving or rerouting packages sent to an incorrect address.
